Our Athletics program covers the full spectrum of track and field disciplines, from sprints and distance running to jumps and field throws. Athletes train with USATF-certified coaches and compete at regional and national school meets.

Eligibility

Open to all enrolled students grades 6–12. No prior experience required for entry-level training groups.

Training

Year-round structured training with seasonal competition phases. 3–5 sessions per week depending on level.

Open to all enrolled students grades 6–12. Both boys and girls programs available.
