One of the fastest racket sports in the world, badminton develops explosive speed, sharp reflexes, and tactical court awareness. Eligibility
Open to students grades 5–12. Singles and doubles programs for all skill levels from beginner to competitive.ievents.
Training
Court-based technical sessions 3–4x per week. Focus on footwork, shot variety, net play, and competitive match strategy.

California School Sport partners with the Los Angeles Field Hockey Association (LAFHA) to provide competitive field hockey programs for school athletes. The LAFHA annually hosts the High School Field Hockey Tournament of Champions to determine the CIF-Southern Section champions.
